Any vendor interested in being added to the City of Charleston bidders list should make this request by calling the Purchasing Director at (304) 348-8014 or sending an email to purchasing@cityofcharleston.org. The email should include the company name, contact person, address, telephone number, fax number, email address and the product(s) and/or service(s) the company is interested in receiving bids for, if and when these product(s) and/or services(s) are released for bid.
The Purchasing Director only takes sales meetings on Friday mornings. Vendors may call or email to set up an appointment.
