(Bill No. 7047, 4-19-2004)
Note: The purpose of this bill is to correct an editing error which occurred during the re-codification. It was not the intent of the Council for the City of Charleston to include Appendix B verbatim within the text of the codification; but rather to have the zoning ordinance adopted by reference by the code. This Chapter is new; therefore, strike-throughs and underscoring have been omitted.
